Establishes and maintains a client caseload with the focus on client direct and indirect hours and frequency of client counselling sessions. The client caseload consists of clients who have contacted the Connect, Family Violence and Abuse Helpline, resided at the FearIsNotLove Shelter, or have accessed a FearIsNotLove Shelter program and are requesting counselling. Responds to requests for service within 48 hours. Additionally, may be required to provide support, information and referrals to individuals who have perpetrated the violence and abuse.
